Terms of Service

Welcome to Creator Creator. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Creator Creator website, mobile apps, and related services (collectively, the “Service”) operated by Creator Creator (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Your account

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for any activity on your account. Notify us immediately at hello@creatorcreator.app if you suspect unauthorized access.

2. Acceptable use

Don’t use the Service to do anything illegal, infringe other people’s rights, scrape the Service in bulk, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or impersonate anyone. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you save, draft, or share on the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive license to store, process, and display your content for the purpose of operating the Service and improving its features (e.g. running AI analysis on your behalf). You can delete your content or your account at any time.

4. Subscriptions and billing

The Service offers free and paid tiers. Paid subscriptions (“Pro”) renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. Prices, plans, and features are listed at creatorcreator.app/home#pricing. We may adjust pricing for future billing periods with at least 30 days’ notice; current subscribers keep their existing rate through their next renewal.

5. Free preview

New accounts may receive a 3-day Pro preview at no cost and without a credit card. After 72 hours, the account reverts to the free tier unless upgraded. The preview is provided as-is and may be modified or removed at any time.

6. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Subscription. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial periods. If you believe you were charged in error, email hello@creatorcreator.app within 14 days and we’ll review the case.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. You may close your account at any time from Settings → Privacy → Delete account. On account closure we delete your personal data per the Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee the Service will be available without interruption or that it will be error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms over time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
